Lifetime Homes is a subsidiary of Warrington Housing Association, a Registered Provider of social housing. Lifetime Homes owns a small portfolio of properties for market rent and manages both market and affordable rent properties on behalf of Incrementum, on the popular Foxwood and Sycamore Lane development. Our office is situated in Warrington Town Centre in our landmark building ‘The Gateway’ opposite The Golden Gates.

Lifetime Homes is governed by a Board of Executive and non-Executive members who bring together professional, commercial and local expertise:
Jimmy Overill – Jimmy is the Chair of Lifetime Homes and is a passionate affordable housing development professional with a varied background working across both public and private sector organisations. He’s an active advocate for MMC and zero-carbon delivery and holds a keen interest in projects that strive to deliver true regeneration for our areas.
Eliot Ward – Eliot is a non-Executive member and has over 25 years experience working in commercial property and mixed-use regeneration, in both private and public sector. He established his own consultancy in 2011 and advises a mix of local authority, intermediary and developer clients nationwide.
David Cummins – David is an Executive member and the Chief Executive Officer of Warrington Housing Association. He has over 25 years of housing experience, having previously worked in both traditional and stock transfer organisations…
Kirsty Capper – Kirsty is an Executive member and the Executive Director of Resources of Warrington Housing Association. She is responsible for delivering the organisation’s Finance & Corporate Services functions and also acts as the Company Secretary for Lifetime Homes.
